The short version
This site sets no cookies at all. It stores three small items in your browser, all of them first party, all of them written only in response to something you did, and none of them used to track you or shared with anyone.
It loads no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts. Every request your browser makes while loading these pages goes to this site’s own address, including the fonts, which are served from here rather than fetched from Google.

senko.currency
Local storage · First party
Remembers the currency you picked, so prices stay in it as you move between pages.
Kept: Until you clear it, or clear your browser's site data.
Why it is necessary: Written only when you use the currency switcher, and only to deliver the switch you asked for.
senko.intake
Session storage · First party
Holds your answers to the four questions on the home page, so the booking form can be filled in for you instead of asking twice.
Kept: Cleared when you close the tab.
Why it is necessary: Written only after you answer a question, and only to carry those answers where you were about to send them.
senko.consent
Local storage · First party
Records your choice about optional storage, so you are not asked again on every page.
Kept: Until you clear it, or clear your browser's site data.
Why it is necessary: Written only once you make a choice. Without it, your choice could not be honoured.
Why you are not asked to consent
Under the ePrivacy rules that apply in the EU and the UK, consent is required before storing or reading information on your device unless doing so is strictly necessary to provide something you asked for.
Each item above is written only after you act — choosing a currency, answering a question, making a choice about storage — and only to carry out that action. Because nothing optional is stored, there is nothing to ask permission for, and a banner asking anyway would be asking about something that does not happen.
If that changes, anything non-essential will stay switched off until you actively allow it, and you will be asked first.
Changing or clearing what is stored
You can review what is held, clear it, and withdraw any recorded choice at any time:

Your browser’s own settings will clear this site’s storage too. Clearing it is harmless: the site will simply forget your currency and any questionnaire answers.
Data handled away from your browser
Storage on your device is not the whole picture. Sending an enquiry, or using the assistant, involves services that process data on servers rather than in your browser. Those are set out in the privacy policy.
